A consultation must be booked prior to any first time fitting appointment. Our consultations are free of charge and without obligation, however we do require a £15 deposit to confirm. If you decide to go ahead with the fitting the £15 goes towards the deposit for that, if you decide not to go ahead the £15 is refunded to you :) Deposits are able to be moved to a different date if 24 hours notice is given or cancelled with 48 hours notice. Deposits for no-shows are not refundable. As there are so many factors involved in creating the perfect hair extensions for you, we always love to have a chat to our clients prior to fitting. This gives us the chance to discuss your wants and needs, show you the various hair qualities we offer, see your hair and advise you accordingly as well as answer any questions you may have. Then we provide you with a tailored quote accordingly! We have absolutely stunning hair to cater for all budgets, so we have something for everyone!
