If you have experienced hair loss, thinning, have had hair damage from colouring or heat styling and feel in a rut to the degree it affects your self confidence and self esteem like I did this is the service for you. I literally didn’t want to leave the house because of colour damage to my hair where it snapped off and left me wearing a wig. Once my hair had grown long enough I decided to have a consultation with Pearl. There is nothing she hasn’t seen or heard so don’t be afraid! She was so compassionate and understanding. The hair options are all high quality human hair. You can reuse it for up to 2 years. The initial cost is buying the beautiful hair so be prepared for that cost which is around £650 including fitting thereafter remove and refits are around £300 depending on how much hair you need to refit. The aftercare service is provided throughout. There is nothing Pearl and her daughters won’t help you with. There was no damage to my hair upon removal and it lasted me for 5 months of hassle free beautiful hair. I cannot recommend this salon and their services to everyone enough. It saved me money in the long run instead of spending £100’s on wigs that didn’t sit right or fit properly. Mostly it gave me my confidence back which is priceless. Everything Pearl, Natasha and Melissa do is to give women their confidence back and to make them feel good again which comes from the heart and you get that in their service.

I cannot tell you how much I loved these ladies and the work they did. These extensions are amazing and I feel like me again. After a major surgery and a great deal of hair loss, they have brought me back to me and I couldn't be happier 🥰🥰🥰

I went for a free consultation about having individual bonds put into my hair. I paid the £15 deposit yesterday. On her website, it states that the start of the price for hair treatment is around £85, but that doesnt show the full price of what you are paying for. When you go to the consultation, she shows a variety of hair, that is different from all styles and theyre all at different prices.

So it went from a jump from £85 to £399, depending on if you want more she will up the price half way through your treatment, as you can already see in her reviews. I immediately declined her services, and she told me she would give me my £15 deposit back. 6 hours later that day, i still did not receive my deposit even though she checked my message and ignored me. I then sent her another message early this morning saying to send it to me, she then checked the message again, but did not send it to me back or reply. So this afternoon i have reported her to the police and trading standards, as i feel she needs investigating by the authority's that can stop any further people being scammed. KEEP WELL AWAY DO NOT USE!

I recently had an appointment for hair extensions, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The two ladies who assisted me were incredibly nice and took the time to explain the different types of extensions and their maintenance in detail. They made sure I felt comfortable with my choices and answered all my questions.

I was impressed with how quickly they scheduled my appointment, and the pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of the hair extensions. I absolutely love the results—it feels like I've regained my old self and my confidence has skyrocketed. Highly recommend their services!

The Ladies at Pearls Hair Extensions are goddesses! Absolutely amazing at what they do and so lovely and informative! I have been going to Pearl &Tash for over 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I travel from Birmingham for them to do my hair, beautiful, natural extensions. Nobody knows our ‘little secret’. You also get a fab cup of tea, homemade cake if you’re lucky and boozy gin if you’re in the mood 🤪 The hair selection is second to none, whatever colour or style you have in mind is always improved with the guidance and experience of the girls. Quality of the hair is beautiful, it reminds me of my nieces hair, it’s so soft and lush, wish my own was the same texture. Most people are probably concerned about any damage that extensions can probably cause but I don’t actually need extensions anymore, I just love the extra volume and texture my ‘own hair ‘ can t give me. That’s the difference between experience and quality.
